The team at Summit View Hospice have also gone above and beyond, achieving advanced certifications in Hospice medicine and nursing, in order to provide the highest quality hospice care available in Reno, Sparks and Carson City. In addition to being caring medical professionals, the Summit View Hospice leaders have individually experienced hospice in their own lives. Medical Director Dr. Joy Koch is certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties and also is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Koch’s dedication and experience in evidence-based Hospice and Palliative medicine is what makes her special and Summit View Hospice is proud to be led by such an outstanding doctor.
