All philanthropic contributions made to Summit View Hospice, no matter the size, benefit our community - our friends, family, and neighbors - when they need it most.   Your gift will be used to help support the mission of Summit View Hospice in providing hospice services and compassionate care to patients and families facing end-of-life issues: 

• Providing the highest quality end-of-life care and support for everyone in our community, regardless of ability to pay

• Up to 13 months of individual or family grief counseling for Summit View Hospice families after the death of a loved one

• Helpful resources, support, and education to help families regain balance and resume healthy living
